White * Omaha As requested in your letter of September 2 8 , I m returning herewith fully executed Bill of Sale from Franklin & Law Realty and Development Co., Inc., conveying to Las Vegas Land and *ater Company title to water lines constructed pursuant to “H* L.D. 2460, Audit Number 10584. The original of the Bill of Sale received with your letter was forwarded to the development Company in order that imprint of its corporate seal could be affixed. The document was apparently lost in the mail and we have had the Development Company execute a new original to which the imprint of the cor­porate seal has been affixed. W. H. Johnson
