wagon road extends along the entire line of construction between the power house and the Long Valley dam site, which wagon road is a very good mountain road, over which heavy loads can be hauled without any trouble, and also which makes the dam site accessible for any material needed during construction. The only portion which is not accessible immediately to the wagon road, but is about a mile distant from the nearest road, is a diversion canal from Rush Creek in Dead Man's Canon, a branch and feeder to Owens River.
