FOR VALUE RECEIVED, FEDERAL DEVELOPMENT EBMKXNX, a Nevada Corporation, with place of business located at 1500 South Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, does hereby Sell, Assign, Trans­fer and Set Over unto LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada Corporation, all its right, title and interest in and to that certain six inch (6W) cast iron water line in location described in Article 1, Section 1 of that certain agreement between the parties hereto (identified as ”N nL.D, 2595), together with all valves, fittings and valve boxes connected with said water lines* G O . The said FEDERAL DEVELOPMENT KSXDBOT, a Nevada Corpora­tion, warrants that it is the owner of the said six inch (6B) water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and it will at all time hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same, GO.
