p Jxrne 19, 1954 The Honorable Board of Directors Las Vegas Valley Water District Gentlemen: It would be desirable if certain policy decisions could be made relative to service rules and main extensions prior to the time the District begins operations, since questions may be raised and commitments become necessary almost immediately. Submitted for your consideration is the attached outline of recommendations covering some of the more important items, together with a discussion of certain points. It is not intended to be complete, nor in proper form for incorporation in a set of published rules, but can serve as a b9sis for day to day operations until such rules can be prepared in final form.
