Mo Name ei Regarding the filing of proof of beneficial use, to­gether with maps, under Nevada Permit No* 7301 and No, 7303, covering filings by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company upon water flowing from artesian well in the vicinity of Las Vegas: July 1, 1932, inasmuch as at the present time we do not have the information necessary for preparation of map, and in this connection the party which will be used on the Long Beach Cut-Off will be able to secure this data prior to beginning worfc at Long Beach; therefore, all information should be available so that proof of beneficial use can be made on or before July 1st.
