“ Excelsior Mine” “Notice” We the undersigned have this day located fifteen hundred feet on this Lead, on Lode, of [not legible] bearing precious metals with all dips, spurs and angles, also three hundred feet on each side of the centre of vein, for surface purposes. Commencing at the monument upon which this notice is placed and running fifteen hundred feet in a westerly direction. Said mine is situated Westerly from and adjoining to the El [not legible] Mine in El Dorado Mining District Lincoln County Nevada and shall be Known as the “Excelsior” mining company.
