T. GARRETT, an individual whose address is 609 South Eighth Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, here­inafter called "Subdivider,” Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in developing his property on the west side of Bruce Street in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and has made application to the Company to extend its water mains as follows: Commencing at a connection with an existing 6” cast iron water main approximately 130 feet westerly from the westerly line of Bruce Street in first alley north of Fremont Street, thence easterly along center line of alley, a distance of approximately 130 feet. WHEREAS, the Company is willing to make said extensions in accordance with its Rule 9 on file with the Public Service Com­mission of the State of Nevada; and , WHEREAS, the estimated cost of making the extension applied for is $638*00.
