The said Lee Construction Company, Inc., a Nevada Corporation warrants that it is the owner of the said 6tt and 8B water line and-conhecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and it will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
