~v Union Pacific, upon the commencement by Union Pacific of the construction of said new pipe lines and pumping station, all amounts then deposited in said trust fund plus interest, if any; and thereupon the obligation of the District to make pay­ments into said trust fund as provided in Section 6 hereof shall terminate. Thereafter the District shall pay monthly to the Union Pacific on or before the tenth day of each suc­ceeding month the sum of Twelve Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,250,0©) until Union Pacific shall have been reimbursed for the entire cost of constructing said new pipe lines and pumping station and removing s aid existing pipe lines plus interest on unpaid balances thereof at the rate of four (4) per cent per annum. Until the District shall have paid Union Pacific in full the amounts required to be /paid under the provisions of this Sec­tion 7, the title to said new pipe lines constructed by Union Pacific pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 hereof shall remain in Union Pacific, So long as the District shall con­tinue to make the monthly payments provided for in this sec­tion, the District shall have the right to possess and use the said new pipe lines. During all the time the District shall be in possession of and use said new pipe lines, the District shall at its sole cost and expense maintain said new pipe lines in ac­cordance with sound engineering practice, lfftien the District shall have paid in full to the Union Pacific the amounts re­quired to be paid under the provisions of this Section 7>Um-ion Pacific shall convey said new pipe lines to the District, Section &, The Union Pacific agrees that on or pri­or to the sale date it will grant to the District, by separate documents, an easement or easements fifteen (15) feet in width, except as hereinafter noted, for the construction, maintenance and operation of pipe lines for the conveyance of water in the following locations shown in solid red line on said Exhibit nAtt: S.
