LAS VEGAS LAMP AM) WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Spencer & Reynolds* Inc. On motion duly made and seconded, It was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T.E.Hamraill in executing letter agreement C.L.D. No. 16079, dated June 19, 1968 with Spencer & Reynolds, Inc., accepting proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools and machinery required to remove a celotex ceiling, including miscellaneous debris and cart to dump said debris, from Land Company's warehouse at 3251 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, California, and also Contractor shall install five electrical light outlets in the ceiling of the warehouse; work to be performed to the satisfaction of the Land Company for a consideration of $1,750.00, upon completion of work and presentation of invoice to cover; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
