D® 15504® Koppel during the life of the agreement to pay taxes and assessments, and enter into agreement with Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Los Angeles and Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, for maintenance, operation and own­ership of industry spur tracks presently serving subject property® Improvements now or hereafter located upon subject property, shall remain thereon and shall not be removed | until final payment of pur-chase price® Los Angeles and Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, granted Las Vegas Land and Water Company an easement for the construction and maintenance of a sheet piling for the protection of subject property® Land Company shall convey to Koppel Bulk Terminal Com­pany all Land Company’s right, title and interest in said easement, upon payment of purchase price® -8-
