White ~ Omaha This will acknowledge receipt of and we will be guided by instructions contained in your letter of April 16, 1952, file BD 5-611, concerning checks refused by the First National Bank of Nevada at Las Vegas: In addition to the Fox and Wells eheoks referred to in your letter, the bank returned check received from Las Vegas Motel, amount $19.25, which was recollected and re-deposited as reported on Form 6 of April 15, 1952 and I pre­sume no further adjustment will likewise be necessary in this instance.
