On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing rider, dated January 31, 1941, extending to March 31, 1942, term of lease Audit No, 9891, dated March 24, 1938, expiring March 31, 1941, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Safeway Stores, Incorporated, Lessee, covering automobile parking site at Long Beach, California; rental $300 per annum, payable month­ly in advance; subject to termination by either party on 90 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
