Contest can be announced sometime during RosemaryTs engagement at the Sands this year with closing date for six months from now and awarding the prizes to be done at the Sands on her next engagement here. g. A panel of judges, composed of Mitch Miller of Columbia, Rosemary and two other top names to select the winning letter.
