On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing and delivering agreement, C. L. D. No. 2079, dated July 26, 1938, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, as Lessor, and Robert Sandoval and Paul Sandoval collectively, as Lessee, covering lease of portions of Lots 21 and 22 in Los Angeles Fruitland Association 500-Acre Tract, Los Angeles County, California, comprising 14.276 acres, for agricultural purposes, for term beginning on July 1, 1938, and ending December 31, 1938, at rental of $356.90 for the term thereof, payable in advance, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing and delivering agreement, C. L. D-No. 2078, dated July 26, 1938, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, as Lessor, and Peter Strattes, as Lessee, covering lease of portions of Lots 19 and 20 in Los Angeles .Fruitland Association 500-Acre Tract, Los Angeles County, California, comprising 17.406 acres, for agricultural purposes, for term beginning July 1, 1938, and extending to December 31, 1938; rental at rate of $25.00 per acre, payable in advance, for that portion thereof as Lessee shall during the term thereof put under cultivation, remaining portion of leased premises to be kept by the Lessee free and clear of weeds, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
