Perkins \ 953 I transmit herewith a conformed copy of the Amended Application, together with copy of supporting map, for permission to change the point of diversion 2.5 c.f.s. from Well No* 1 to the so-called shop well. The original application designated as Serial No. 15140 was filed in the Office of the State Engineer on June 17, 1953. Thereafter the original application was amended at the suggestion of the State Engineer and the amended application, together with the supporting map, was filed in the office of the State Engineer on August 5, 1953. The required notice by publication was published in the Las Vegas Review Journal on October 5, 12, 26 and November 2. I I am not advised of any protests to our application and it is my understanding that further action on the same is being withheld by the State Engineer at our request I until such time as we are in a position of placing the I water to beneficial use at the new point of diversion upon completion of the work authorized by our Work Order I 5294.
