RESOLUTION ACCEPTING R/W DEED Adams, Cunningham & Madison RESOLUTION ACCEPTING R/W DEED "L" St; Jefferson & Adams Ave. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING R/W DEED "N" St. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING R/W DEED "L" St. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING R/W DEEDS Jackson Avenue 6-16-54 At this time the Board considered the acceptance of a right-of-way deed for street purposes on Adams Avenue, Cunningham Drive and Madison Avenue, dated the 11th day of June, 1954, and executed by Viola Cunningham. On motion of Commissioner Jarrett, seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this day, June 16, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 11th day of June, 1954, executed by Viola Cunningham to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. At this time the Board considered the acceptance of a right-of-way deed for street purposes on "L" Street, Jefferson and Adans Avenues, dated the 11th day of June, 1954, executed by Viola Cunningham. On motion of Commissioner Jarrett, duly seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 16th day of June, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 11th day of June, 1954, executed by Viola Cunningham to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed and that same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. On motion of Commissioner Jarrett, duly seconded by Commissioner Sharp, and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 16th day of June, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 20th day of May, 1954, executed by Mrs. Ira Logan to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. At this time the Board considered the acceptance of a right-of-way deed for street purposes on "L" Street, dated 27th of May, 1954, executed by Clay and Viola Johnson and Baker and Hazard, Inc. On motion of Commissioner Jarrett, duly seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 16th day of June, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed dated the 27th day of May, 1954, executed by Clay and Viola Johnson and Baker and Hazard, Inc., to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the read property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes and intentions therein set forth; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. At this time the Board considered the acceptance of right-of-way deeds for street purposes on Jackson Avenue, dated the 1st day of June, 1954, executed by Joe and Rosie Davis; Sam Williams and Bunker Bros, Inc.; and dated the 3rd day of June, 1954, executed by Mrs. Ira Logan; Terry and Abery Wheatley and Effie Barker. On motion of Commissioner Jarrett, duly seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 16th day of June, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deeds, dated the 1st day of June, 1954, executed by Joe and Rosie Davis; Sam Williams and Bunker Bros, Inc.; and dated the 3rd day of June, 1954, executed by Mrs. Ira Logan; Terry and Abery Wheatley and Effie Barker to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board.
