Prior to this date Mrs. Hill has paid $200.00 on the same and is now ready to pay off the entire balance due. Will you kindly have deed prepared, having same made to R. T. Hill and Mrs.Nelson Hill, his wife, covering these lots, sending aaame to me for deliv­ery and advising total amount due, which should be a balance of $200.00 plus interest from September 10th to date.
