water through it s existing Shop Well, located in the NW^ of the SW£ of the NW£ of Section 34 in said Township, and/or through a well to be d rilled by i t within the present boundaries of it s shop grounds^ Should said railroad company make application to the State Engineer to change the point of diver­sion of said 2.5 c .f .s . of water from its Well No. 1 to said existing Shop Well, and/or to make application to said State Engineer for a new well to be drilled within the boundaries of said shop grounds, the D istrict w ill not protest nor contest such applica­tion or applications. c) Rights of way and easements for the pipe lines and power lines extending from the land described in (a) above over lands owned and held by you, the character, location and nature of said rights of way and easements to be subject to an agreement between Uhion Pacific Rallroad Company, Los Angeles and Salt Lake Railroad Company and Las Vegas Land and Water Company as parties of one part, 3.
