On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing on behalf of this Company contract (Navy Department No. Nl23s-56977), dated January 1, 1949, with United States of America, Navy Department, covering the furnishing by this Com­pany of water service, beginning January 1, 1949, and thereafter until further notice, for use of the Government at U. S. Naval Reserve Training Center, Las Vegas, Nevada; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing L. S. Deed Audit No. 5018, dated March 29, 1949, conveying to Evelyn Rose Woodard, a single woman, Lot 4, Block 2, Tract No. 1867, Yermo, California, subject to? 1 - Taxes for the fiscal year 1949-1950; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo. all .minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, with­out right of entry; consideration flO.OO, and other valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
