    3. No one to work for them. There are not more than 150 of these so far as I can determine. Many of them I know to be very old, crippled, feeble - a few, blind. I most respectfully and earnestly request that their petition be granted and that they be allowed full rations of beef and flour for 150 old people. Last year an appropriation of $7500 was made for “Incidentals in Arizona”. This is supposed to be used for the Hualapais, but according to present indications not over $6000 will be \used. Cannot so much of the balance is necessary be transferred to the Mojaves? The petitioners very anxiously await
