MOORE, JR., an individual of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider", Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public Utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in subdividing Blocks 1, 2, and 3 of Desert Park Addition as per plat thereof on file and of record in Book 3 of Plats at Page If, Clark County Nevada Records, all in the City of Las Vegas; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said Subdivision: AGREEMENT Subdivider agrees: 1. At hi8 own expense, to furnish all necessary materials and labor and to construct water mains consisting of approximately 1660 feet of six (6) inch cast iron pipe in location as indicated by solid yellow line on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof. The cost of constructing said line is estimated to be FIFTY ONE HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS ($5160.00). * - 1 -
