Would you please complete this, based on the following information: 1. Total sales for 1961 were 39,916 loaves sold in Minneapolis by the Regan Bakers. 2. Total receipts, at one cent per loaf, received by the Foundation were $399*16* 3* There were no special costs involved in 1961. 4. There is now a balance of $399*16 in the Angelita Bread Foundation account at the Bank of Las Vegas. 5* The only disbursement in 1961 by the Foundation was for $1,222.91> sent to the Rose De Lima Hospital Building Fund. This had been an accumulation of funds from I960, but were not sent out until July 9?? 1961, check #7* Please let me know if there is any other information you require on this, as I have all the necessary material in the Angelita Bread file here at the Sands. Gould you also make up a CPA Report, as you have in the past years, based on the above information, and let me have four copies of it.
