    SUSPENSE Dr* J. W. Bracken, Das Yegas, Sev. Dear Sir, Feb. Ilth, 1904 I have yours of the 8th inst,and note that there are parties in your vicinity desirous of renting the ranch. In reply to this will say that we do not care to rent the Las Vegas ranch at the present time. I also note from your letter of 8th inst.that Mrs* Bishop ahd Mr.Ditmer arestill waiting at the Keil Ranch to hear about the lease. Upon receipt of this letter I wish you would inform Mrs/Bishop that we are willing to give her a lease for a year on the Kiel Ranch at a rental of #500*00,and if this is satisfactory to her we will have a lease prepared and sent on to be signed by her/ In the mean­time if she wishes to go ahead and take possession of the Ranch and will turn the money over to you to show her good intentions,she need not wait for the lease to arrive but can be making her arrangements Kindly let me hear from you in regard to this matter and oblige. very truly yours, (Signed) J.
