The child making the second most winning suggesting will re­ceive a #25.00 defense bond. The child making the third most will receive #10*00 in defense stamps. The newspaper is to be the sole Judge and in the event of tie®, duplicate prises will be awarded* These prises are to be awarded and are to be a part of the graduation exercises of the public school and the entire plan has been approved by school authorities. In addition to the above, the La® Vega® Age also promises to carry news and editorial support in the campaign. It is expected that the entire cost of the campaign will be approximately $1500.00. hr. Guild has received from Mr. Jef­fers, approval of the conduct of the advertising and educational program of water conservation at Las Vegas. I expect to give the campaign close personal attention and I am hopeful that it will also have the active co-operation of the State and County authorities.
