July 23, 1953 We trust that you will cooperate with the Railroad Com­pany In arranging for the discontinuance of water service by the Railroad Company on July 31, 1953- However, if the above mentioned agreement is not terminated effective July 31,1953, by mutual agreement, this letter will serve as formal notice to you that the Union Pacific Railroad Company does hereby terminate the above mentioned agreement effective August 31, 1953, pursuant to the provisions thereof.
