On motion duly seconded* it was RESOLVED* that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider* OLD No. 10029, dated March 15, 1949, term­inating effective April 5* 1949* lease agreement A-44304, dated March 12, 1936, expiring March 15* 1951* between LA&SLRRCo. and its Lessee, TJPRRCo. * Lessor, and H. F. Hennigar, Lessee, (as­signed by Railroad Co. to LVL&WCo. December 16, 1937, LVL&WCo. Audit No. 9888) covering site for drive-in lunch stand, located at Lime Avenue and Ocean Blvdo* Long Beach* California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified* approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing lease agreement C.L.D. No. 10028, with Leland J. Thompson, Lessee* dated April 4, 1949* covering premises locat­ed at Ocean Blvd. and Lime Ave„, Long Beach, Calif., to be used as site for restaurant, for term beginning April 6, 1949* and extending to April 6* 1954; rental* 5% of gross receipts of all restaurant business conducted thereon* payable monthly in ad­vance* but in no event less than $200 per month; subject to termination by either party upon 90 days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified* approved and confirmed.
