A G R E E M E N T Cotresp, fils A )t THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into a's of the s*>—£ day of f y j c ^ r c £ j _, 1952, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND'WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, herein­after called "Company”, Party of the First Part, and PARADISE REALTY COMPANY, INC., a Nevada Corporation, with place of business at Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider", Party of the Second Part, W I T N E S S E T H : R E C I T A L S WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of Paradise Village, Tract 3, Las Vegas, Nevada as per map re­corded in Book 3 of Plats, page 37 Clark County Nevada Records, and has made application for water service to serve said tract and has contracted for the installation of water mains and pipe line, and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said homes with water; A G R E E.
