A G R E E M E N T day of 4 THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the / & ’ 1*____ ,1952, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPARE, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "0®BipaJ3yn, party of the first part, and FEDERAL DEVELOPMENT 00. * BXMBSXDf, a Nevada corporation with principal place of business at 1500 South Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called wSubdividerw, party of the second part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, The Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Veg^s, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of Westleigh Tract No* 3, in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, and has made application for water service to serve said tract and has contracted for the installation of water mains and pipe line; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said homes with water; AGREEMENT ARTICLE 1.
