* I V Our monthly cash collections averaged $4750 for the past six months, and I am enclosing a statement taken from our balance sheet showing our earnings for the year 1935, in which one water system earned us 16.8 per cent on our investment, netting not only the Water company a handsome p ro fit but also the H a il-road on it s investment in the form o f rentals, in the amount of $17,723.88. I am very much exercised over the present situation and outlook fo r this Summer, and sincerely hope the request for an additional w ell can be given prompt and favorable considera­tion.
