Shaughnessy, Chairman: Dear Mr. Shaughnessy: 3?he improvements installed during the past seven years by Las Vegas Land and Water Company for wells, reservoirs, pipe lines, laterals and general equipment, with the increased cost of mainten­ance, have made it necessary for the C o m p a n y at this time to rearrange its schedule of water rates, rules and regulations. I am,therefore, on behalf of the C o m p a n y , enclosing you herewith, for filing with your Commission, original and three copies of the new schedule, effective June 1 , 1 9 3 1 . This c a n c e l s all existing schedules. We will publish a copy of this new schedule, in its entire­ty, commencing this week, in the Las Vegas Evening Las Vegas Age. Review and the Should any protests be interposed, we will ask you to please give such notice as your Commission m a y deem necessary, in order to afford a full and complete hearing in the matter.
