Last Chance Mine Site Notice Mill SIte is hereby given that of the undersigned claim five acres of land [not legible] a mile sight as follows [not legible] at this notice and running in a westerly direction 466 feet on the north bounds of his [not legible] Mill site thence north 520 five hundred and twenty feet to monument thence east 466 fee to monument on the Colorado River thence [not legible] the bank of the River South to place at beginning Claim this mill site renders as act of Congress and intend to comply with all the requirement of the laws [not legible] the Location of mill [not legible] known as the Last chance June 22nd 1880 N.
