Dear Sir: I have your favor of Aug. 18th relative to leasing the Kiel Ranch to a good man who is also figuring with Mrs. Bishop to take the lease over from her covering the remainder of this year. I can see no objection to this, and would also be willing to leas© the ranch to this man for the year 1905, but would not care at this time to give him the privilege of renewing the lease for a term of three or five years. If this will be satisfactory to the gentleman,, kindly let me know, advising his name and I will arrange to have lease drawn up for his signature* Very truly yours, (Signed) J. ROSS CLARK.
