Miller) This refers to U.P.R.R.Co. contract Audit No, 80300 dated August 1, 1953 > with Las Vegas Land and Water Company. Section 1, paragraph 3, provides for rental to be paid by Las Vegas Land and Water Company to Union Pacific R.R.Co. at the rate of $2,939*40 per year as consideration for the license and permission granted to the L.V.L.& W.Co. Presume you will arrange to render bills versus the Las Vegas Land and Water Co. covering this rental for the period (August 1, 1953 to December 31, 1953^and promptly for the period January 1, 1954 to the date of sale of the water facilities to Las Vegas Valley Water District. Will you please investigate and advise
