A G R E E M E N T THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into ae of the oJ day of COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company”, Party of the First Part, and BOYBS J, PETERSEN, an individual, with address at 701 Oakey Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider”, Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of portions of Blocks Two (2) and Three (3), Tract Two (2) EL Centro Addition, Las Vegas, said tract and has contracted for the Installation of miter mains and pipe line; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said homes with water; SOBDIVUISR AGREES: 1. At its own expense to furnish all necessary materials, labor and equipment to construct approximately 1350 lineal feet of six inch (6") cast iron water mains, in location described as follows: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing Clark County, Nevada, and has made application for water service to serve AGREEMENT ARTICLE 1. - 1 -
