No, 152^2-1, dated October 26, 1965* addressed to Trust Department, Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, Pomona, California, wherein Las Vegas Land and Water Company consents in its capacity as Assignee of Fred J0 Russell to execution by Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, as Executor of Estate of Pete Borba, Jr., of agreement assigning to Forest Beebower all rights and duties held by Pete Borba, Jr., pursuant to certain lease dated August 5, 1965, covering growing of crops on approximately 398 acres of land purchased by Las Vegas Land and Water Company from Fred J. Russell, in the County of Riverside, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne and Secretary Dixon in executing Assignment Form 2210, bearing C.L.D, No. 1^927-1, wherein Fred J. Russell, as Assignor, assigns to Las Vegas Land and Water Company, as Assignee, effective August 16, 1965» his interest in agreement bearing C.L.D. No. 1^927* identified as LVL&WCo. C.A. IO5878, dated January 28, 1965, for an indefinite term, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, and Fred J.'Russell, covering construction, maintenance and operation of an industry spur track, at Mira Loma, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. -5-
