Sutton; 3-31-1^7 - 2 - in the rental, for the reaeon they are aware of the fact that all the Railroad Investment In water plant facilities in recent years has been made for the benefit of LYL&WCo. and that such additional facilities have not been assessed by the local assessor or assessed by the State against the Railroad in any determinable amount. Since it cannot be proven what amount is actually expended by the Railroad for taxes on these facilities, it might be advisable to discontinue this charge. Charles
