On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider C.L.D. 8908-3, dated September 20, 1950, extending to October 31, 1952, term of lease agreement Audit No. 10481, dated December 1, 1948, expiring November 1, 1950, covering automobile parking site, located at Signal Hill, Cal­ifornia, with J. M. Robertson, J. B. Kitt and L. L. Bendinger, dba Signal Pipe Line Construction Company; rental $120 per annum, payable semiannually in advance; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days’ written notice; said lease having been assigned April 25, 1949, by Signal Pipe Line Con­struction Company to Signal Pipe Line Corp., and further as­signed on December 31, 1949, by Signal Pipe Line Corp. to Macco Corporation; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, ap­proved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider C.L.D. 10219-2, dated September 21, 1950, extending to October 31, 1952, term of lease agreement Audit No. 10511, dated August 22, 1949, expiring October 31, 1950, covering automobile parking and storage site, located at Signal Hill, Calif., with Signal Pipe Line Corp.; rental $190 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days’ written notice; said lease having been assigned December 31, 1949, by Signal Pipe Line Corp. to Macco Corporation; be, and the same is hereby, 3
