South Hill Street Los Angeles, 13, California Attention: Mr. Clark Webb, District Manager Dear Clark: Your letter February 6th regarding ship­ment of pipe and fittings listed in the order being placed by our Purchasing Agent. Clad to learn the 16 Inch fittings will be available as we will need them to start the job. Sorry we cannot arrange to receive the 6 Inch and 8 inch pipe before the 12 inch because if the smaller sizes arrived first we would have to store them in our stock yard and re-handle. There is some possibility In the change of location of the S and 8 Inch pipe and for that reason we cannot ac­cept it.first. However I appreciate your writing me in this respect.
