Answering paragraph I of plaintiff’s supplemental complaint, defendant admits the allegations therein contained; save and except, defendant denies the allegation beginning with the word "that" in line 25 and ending with the figure "127" in line 30 of page 1* Further, defendant admits that plaintiff has never been furnished a copy of an informal complaint as alleged beginning with the word "that** in line 30 and ending with the word "thereof" in line 32 of page 1, but denies that an informal complaint exists or existed* II. Answering paragraph II of plaintiff’s supplemental complaint, defendant admits the allegations therein contained. III. Answering paragraph III of plaintiff’s supplemental complaint, defendant admits the allegations therein contained. I?. Answering paragraph IT of plaintiff’s supplemental complaint, defendant denies each and every , all and singular the allegations therein contained.
