\ national Harvester Company, the Water Company to pay Ron Boren, Inc. the lump sum contract price of $3 0 6 ,6 1 6 .00 , payments to be made during the progress of the work based on amount of work done and estimates furnished by engineer of the Water Company, or authorized representative, less a reserve of 10$, which reserve shall be paid to contractor upon completion and delivery of the work to the Water Company free of all claims and liens; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing C.L.D. No. 15251-1, application dated December 3, 1965, to San Gabriel Valley Water Company for installation of a 6" fire protection service to serve property being leased to International Harvester Company at the southeast corner of Seventh and Proctor Avenues, in City of Industry, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing rider C.L.D. No. 656-12, dated December 22, 1965, extending to and including January 31, 1968, Contract Audit No. 9323, dated August 17, 193b, expiring by latest extension January 31, 1966, with Wilbur-Ellis Company, covering site for warehousing and manufacturing purposes, near Mission Road and Macy Street, Los Angeles, California, rental $250.00 per month, payable monthly in advance, subject to termination by either party upon thirty days written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
