Hawkins Family (Duckwater, Nevada). Left to right are toddler Frank Roberts, Isabelle Roberts, Martha Roberts Hawkins, and brother-in-law Lou Heller, who was married to Helen Roberts Heller. The washing machine is operated by a foot pedal with water drawn from the well.
