C-34l-B Assignment lease Las Vegas Ranch. Los Angeles, Cal., October 15, 1908. Mr. W.R. Bracken, Agent, Las Vegas, Nevada. Dear Sir: I have your letter of October thirteenth on the subject of sub-lease of Las Vegas Ranch to the Las Vegas Mercantile Company. We have the original of the release, or reservation, covering the ranch houses, etc., but what we would like now is to have a copy of whatever was given by you to the Mercantile Company re-leasing the property to them, whether it was a form of assignment or merely an endorsement on the original lease.
