One of these p ip elin es w ill be con stru cted n orth w esterly along F re m o n t S treet or O gden Avenue to M ain S treet and then w est to the p ro p o s e d 30-m illio n gallon r e s e r v o ir . The other 2 4 -in ch p ipelin e w ill be con stru cted w est along C h arleston B ou lev a rd to M ain S treet w here it w ill con n ect with the ea st end of an existin g 2 4 -in ch ca st iro n p ipelin e w hich extends w est along C h a rleston B ou lev a rd to D ouglas D riv e . F r o m the w est end of this existin g 2 4 -m ch line at D ouglas D riv e , a 3 6 -in ch line w ill be con stru cted w est and n orth to the 3 0 -m illio n gallon r e s e r v o ir . H ighway 91 to F la m in g o R oad . N orth L as V ega s w ill be s e rv e d by an 18-in ch line extending n orth fr o m the ' 3 0 -in ch tra n sm issio n m ain w hich is a p p roxim a tely p a r a lle l with L as V egas C re e k , along " F " S treet to W ashington A venue, east along W ashington Avenue to M ain S treet w here it re d u ce s to a 16 -in c h lin e and extends fr o m this point north east along M ain S treet to Owens A venue, the n o rth e rly bou n dary of the C ity of L as V eg a s.
