    > -3- FMC Corporation also granted exclusive option to pur­chase parcel of land described in option agreement and identified as Parcel No. 2, for term commencing on date of option agreement and continuing for a period of two years, or until purchaser shall have given written notice of its desire to release said option, whichever date occurs first, purchase price to be $131,712.00 plus actual cost to Railroad Company of constructing that portion of spur track located on option Parcel No. 2, estimated to be $6,600.00. The purchase price shall also include assessments for public improvements chargeable to Capital Accounts. Purchaser shall have right to exercise option providing it has already exercised the option to purchase Parcel No. 1, and by delivering to Title Company full amount of purchase price and delivering to Land Company written notice, and upon condition that option Parcel No. 2 is required for the expansion of facilities then existing on Parcel No. 1, and further that Pur­chaser shall have entered into an agreement for the construction upon option parcel of additional plant facilities, and shall have given written notice prior to the time exercised. Plans for the new facilities will be submitted to the Land Company for its approval prior to awarding of construction contract.
