Bennett Bracken) y £-• S ^ X Referring to the protest of Las Vegas Land and Water Company to the Application of Robert B. Griffith, No. 11077, and the protest of Robert B. Griffith to the Application of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, No. 11249, will say that at the time set for'the hearing of these protests, namely, June 12, 1945, both protestants appeared before Hugh Shamberger, Assistant State Engineer, and each of said protestors filed a formal withdrawal of their respective protests, and the Assistant State Engineer indicated that each of said Applica­tions would be granted.
