Welding/Blacksmith shop on Arizona side of Hoover Dam. Note on back: "Men sharpening steel tools; pieces 4 to 20 ft. long. Were mostly all star bits. No welding done here. Ingersollrand (Ingersoll-Rand?) equipment sharpening station. - W. A. Davis."
