Sewer Annexation RESOLVED, That the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing Assignment and Bill of Sal®, C* L. D. No. 11x255-2, dated February 2I4, 19614., transferring, conveying, selling and assigning to County Sanitation District No. 15 of Los Angeles County, all of the rights, title and interest of Las Vegas Land and Water Company in and to San Jose Creek Trunk Sewer, constructed In, over and upon property shown on Exhibit "AH print attached to agreement dated May 23, 1962, as amended, bearing C. L. D* No. 11x255, between County Sanitation District No. 15 of Los Angeles County, and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
