On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Asst, Secretary Bachman in executing Grant of Easement, dated Oct. 24, 1945, granting Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company the right and easement to operate and maintain an existing spur track upon strip of land situated in Ontario, San Bernardino County, California, described as follows: The west 130.0 feet of the north 17.0 feet of the south 100.0 feet of the east half of Block 158 Villa Plots, South Side Tract, as shown on map recorded in Book 6, page 11 of Maps, records of said County; said spur track serving fruit packing house, located at San Antonio Avenue and State Street, sold to A. J. Neilson, Dorothy Neilson, Gilbert T. Benson and Madge M. Benson, and conveyed under LS Deed Audit No. 4767; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing on behalf of this Com­pany L.S. Deed Audit No. 4767, dated October 25, 1945, convoying unto A. J. Neilson, Dorothy Neilson.. Gilbert I. Benson and Madge M. Benson, Grantees, that certain parcel of land situate in the City of Ontario, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as The East half of Block 158, Villa Plots, South Side Tract, as per map recorded in Book 6, Page 11, of Maps, records of said County, excepting therefrom the South 64.2 feet theroof; \ -10-
