I an preparing some testimony to be presented by Mr* Maag showing in sons detail the things which hare been done in the last ten years to improve both oar water production facilities and our distribu­tion facilities at Las Vegas. In view of the fact that May 30th is Memorial Day and a holiday and our entire office force will be absent, 1 think it would be better if you could arrange to be in Los Angeles on May 31st for the purpose of working up rebuttal testimony.
